Information About Brokerage Services (IABS)

The Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) has released a new Information About Brokerage Services Form, also known as the IABS form.

This form is a consumer protection notice to individuals who work with real estate professionals to make them aware of the types of brokerage services there are, and how a consumer may be represented.
