My favorite thing about Franklin Finders is that I get to help people find a place they’re genuinely excited to call home while building a career that constantly challenges me to grow. I’ve worked at three other locating companies, and Franklin Finders has by far provided me with the best support and teaching while helping take my business to the next level.
I also love being surrounded by a team that’s always looking for ways to improve and do even better. Support is always provided when you need it, and everyone genuinely wants to see each other succeed. Franklin Finders has truly become somewhere I couldn’t see myself leaving and feels like a second family to me.
More than anything, my favorite part about working at Franklin Finders is the support system. Everyone’s always willing to help, share ideas, & look out for each other, so you never feel like you’re figuring things out alone.
It’s also incredibly rewarding helping clients through what can be an overwhelming search by simplifying the process & giving them the reassurance they need to make a confident decision. On top of that, every day is fresh. I get to meet new people, build relationships, explore different parts of DFW, & feel more connected to the city I call home.
I love that every day is different. I get to meet new people, help them through such a big life decision, and celebrate with them when they find the perfect place. It never feels like just another job. On top of that, I’m surrounded by a team that’s always willing to help, cheer each other on, and have fun along the way. My favorite thing about Franklin Finders is the resources and support offered from day 1. I came out of training prepped and ready to effectively help people find the perfect place to live. Finding a home is stressful and an emotional process, and having the guidance and systems to provide a smooth move to all clients from the get go sets us apart from other locators.
